外文摘要：The application of Blog provides new solution to the problems of Knowledge-management (KM) in practice. However, if Blog is analyzed in reductionism and analytical thinking; it is difficult to understand the role of Blog's interaction mechanism in KM and learning organization. Inspired by theories of systems science and complexity science, this paper proposes a bottom-up architecture for organizational KM in which the basic cell is personnel blog. It argues that this architecture can solve the problems of traditional KM. Some suggestions about how to actualize the Blog-based-KM are given as well.
