中文摘要:选择双组分纤维,通过开纤获得超细纤维空气过滤材料,可大大提高对特小粉尘的过滤效率。采用正交试验方法研究了用涤纶/锦纶(质量比70/30)海岛纤维制作的超厚针刺非织造布的开纤工艺。结果表明,碱液浓度是影响开纤效果的最主要因素,其次是开纤时间,开纤温度对开纤效果影响不显著。最佳的开纤工艺是:碱液质量分数为16%,开纤时间为15 min,开纤温度为95℃。在该条件下开纤的样品,其断裂强力为1 021.3 N/5 cm。

外文摘要:The superfine fiber needled nonwovens used for air filter could be made of biocomponent fiber by splitting technology and could enhance filtration efficiency on small powder dust .Throughout orthogonal test the splitting process on manufacture super thick needled nonwovens by 70/30 of PET/PA was studied , the test result was that the key factor on splitting effect was alkali liquid concentration and the splitting time, and the splitting temperature influenced splitted effect non-obviously.The optimum splitting craft was as follows , alkali liquid mass fraction was 16%, splitting time was 15 mins, splitting temperature was 95℃, the breakage strength of the sample splitted by the former process conditions was 1021.3 N/5 cm.
