外文摘要：The equalization of basic public services is the long-term goal in the construction of public service system in china, therefore, a large number of domestic professionals have done many researches on this issue. This paper hackles and comments on the current research achievements in terms of the concept of the public services and basic public services, content scope,the connotation of basic service equalization, theoretic basis, evaluating criteria and approaches, affecting factors, realizing paths and measures, etc.
