中文摘要:采用聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)切片为原料,使用双螺杆挤出机并配以特定的纺丝组件,通过双组分熔体复合纺丝法成功制备了PE/PP皮芯型复合超细全拉伸丝(FDY丝)。为获得高质量的超细FDY丝,对纺丝工艺条件进行了探讨与优化,确定了干燥条件、螺杆温度、纺丝温度、牵伸温度、牵伸倍数、定型温度、卷绕速度等主要工艺参数;并对FDY丝的取向度、力学性能、线密度进行了测试分析研究。结果表明:当PE(皮层)与PP(芯层)质量配比为40∶60时,光学显微镜下复合纤维横的截面形态能呈现出完整且均匀的皮芯型结构;当PE螺杆挤出机各区温度为202,206,206,206,206℃,PP螺杆挤出机各区温度为258,260,260,260,260℃,PE纺丝箱体温度为206℃,PP纺丝箱体温度为248℃时,复合纤维纺丝过程稳定且纤维成型良好;当牵伸温度为60℃、牵伸倍数为4.15倍、定型温度为105℃、卷绕速度为3200 m/min时,FDY丝的可纺性、取向度以及力学性能良好。在最佳纺丝工艺条件下制备的规格为144 dtex/288 f皮芯型复合超细FDY丝能够满足超细纤维对直径和力学性能的要求。

外文摘要:Using polyethylene(PE)and polypropylene(PP)chips resined as raw materials,the PE/PP sheath-core composite ultrafine fully drawn yarn(FDY)was successfully prepared by the dual-component melt composite spinning method,utilizing a twin-screw extruder and specific spinning components.In order to obtain high-quality ultrafine FDY,the spinning process conditions were explored and optimized,including drying conditions,screw temperatures,spinning temperatures,stretching temperatures,stretching ratios,setting temperatures,and winding speeds.Furthermore,the orientation degree,mechanical properties,and linear density of the FDY yarn were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the PE(sheath)to PP(core)ratio is 40∶60,the cross-sectional morphology of the composite fiber under an optical microscope exhibits a complete and uniform sheath-core structure.The spinning process of the composite fiber is stable and the fiber formation is excellent when the PE screw temperatures are set to 202,206,206,206,206℃,the PP screw temperatures are set to 258,260,260,260,260℃,the PE spinning box temperature is set to 206℃,and the PP spinning box temperature is set to 248℃.Moreover,the FDY yarn exhibits good spinnability,orientation degree,and mechanical properties when the stretching temperature is 60℃,stretching ratio is 4.15 times,setting temperature is 105℃,and winding speed is 3200 m/min.The specifications of the sheath-core composite ultrafine FDY yarn prepared under the optimal spinning conditions are 144 dtex/288 f,meeting the requirements for diameter and mechanical properties of ultrafine fibers.
