外文摘要：This essay has investigated and analyzed the physical activity participation status of normal college and university students. The purpose of the study is to provide some suggestions for reforming the teaching mode of normal college and university P.E. , putting the strategy of P.E ,and health education into together , training the students to develop healthy lifestyle and the habit of doing exercises in all their lives.
