中文摘要:计算机辅助语言教学已有四十多年的历史.在这期间,语言教学观经历了从行为-结构主义到认知主义再到社会认知主义的变迁.同时,计算机技术也实现了从大型主机到个人计算机再到网络型的、多媒体计算机的巨大飞跃.在二者的影响下,计算机辅助语言教学也取得了长足的进步.本文主要探讨了语言教学观与计算机辅助语言教学之间的密切关系,指出随着计算机技术日新月异的发展,机辅教学必将在语言教学中发挥越来越重要的作用.

外文摘要:Over the past 40 years, computer assisted language teaching (CALT) has witnessed the overlapping of three theoretical movements-behavioural structrual, cognitive and sociocognitive-in the recent history of language teaching. At the same time, computer technology has experienced the development from the mainframe to the personal and to the net based, multimedia computer. Under their influence, CALT has made great progress. The purpose of this article is to explore the close relationship between CALT and the shifts in perspectives of language teaching and learning. With the development of computer technology, CALT will inevitably play a more and more important role in language teaching in the new century.
