中文摘要:设计10种不同纱线规格及组织结构的棉针织面料,利用称取质量法测试试样放置相同时间后的含水率,通过线性回归方程对测试结果进行拟合分析,探讨棉针织物的组织结构与干燥性能的关系。结果表明,针织面料的干燥速率可由线性回归方程模拟得到,回归方程斜率的绝对值越大,面料的干燥速率越小。试样的克质量是影响其干燥速率的重要因素,其次是织物的紧密度,组织结构对面料干燥速率的影响相对较小。

外文摘要:The moisture content of ten kinds of cotton knitted fabrics with different yarn specifications and structures were measured by weighing method after the samples being placed for the same time.The relationship between the structure and drying performance of cotton knitted fabrics was analyzed by linear regression simulation.The results show that the drying rate of knitted fabrics can be simulated by linear regression equation,and the bigger the absolute value of the slope of regression equation,the smaller the drying rate of the fabric.The weight per square meter of the sample is an important factor affecting the drying rate,followed by the tightness of the sample,and the effect of the structure on the drying rate of the fabric is relatively small.
