外文摘要:The difference between the need & expectation and reality in family enterprises is the fundamental cause for the spillover of human resources, while the physiological needs, safety needs, social needs and development needs play an important role in the spillover. According to the establishment and analysis of the mechanism of human resources spillover, the inner mechanism for human resources spillover is determined by the attractive force of family enterprises and centrifugal force of the employee himself and it is dynamically developing. Meanwhile, the mass of family enterprise entrepreneur, the mass of enterprise organization, the mass of the employee, the family bonds distance and the employer's desire are main factors which influence the spillover of human resources. ? 2010 IEEE.
