中文摘要:各种激励流派已为高校教师激励实践提供了可供借鉴的基本理论依据,各种激励要素的整合将产生新的激励模型和激励效果。在整合激励要素时应坚持目的性、人本性、互补性、相关性、适量性和创新性原则。集高校学科带头人岗位荣誉名称、任务目标、业绩考核和薪酬待遇四要素于一体的激励方案是激励要素整合构想的有效应用。

外文摘要:  Several genres of motivation theory provide research on college instructor motivation with referenced theoretical basis. The amalgamation of those constituents will bring new motivation models and effects. Amalgamation study invokes the principle of purposefulness, humankind care, mutuality, correlation, appropriateness and creativeness. Motivation Program consists of honor of study area head-researcher position, its tasks and objectives, its outstanding achievement assesses and requirements. Such Program is the result of combination of these motivation constituents.
