外文摘要：　　Several genres of motivation theory provide research on college instructor motivation with referenced theoretical basis. The amalgamation of those constituents will bring new motivation models and effects. Amalgamation study invokes the principle of purposefulness, humankind care, mutuality, correlation, appropriateness and creativeness. Motivation Program consists of honor of study area head-researcher position, its tasks and objectives, its outstanding achievement assesses and requirements. Such Program is the result of combination of these motivation constituents.
