中文摘要：就业能力不足是困扰当前大学生就业的重要问题。美国在全国范围内大力推广就业能力框架及其培养机制为我国提供了有益的启示:就业能力的培养需要政府、高校及企业三方配合;要对国民教育体系进行系统规划,以更好地培养全社会人员的软技能;就业能力的培养过程要与课堂教学相结合;要构建大学生就业能力培养的空间系统;构建大学生能力培养的时间系统,实施全程式生源规划和指导。

外文摘要：The deficiency of employability is the important problem that college students obtain employment. The United States across the country promotes employment ability frame and training mechanism, which provides beneficial enlightenment for our country： the employment ability training needs the cooperation of the government, universities and enterprises; making a complete planning of national education system to better cultivate people＇s software abilities; the training process of employment ability should be combined with classroom teaching; building a space system for college students＂ employment ability training; constructing a time system for college students＂ employment ability training; implementing overall life planning and guideline.
