外文摘要:The paper described the use of capillary electrophoresis (CE) for the first time in the analysis of six structural similar flavonoid gallate esters isolated from the pitcher plant, Nepenthes gracilis (Nepenthaceae). The CE separation was achieved by optimizing the sodium borate, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cyclodextrin (CD) concentrations. The six flavonoid gallate esters were well separated within 23 min using 10 mM sodium borate, 50 mM SDS and 50 mM gamma-CD buffer at pH 9.0. It is anticipated that this CE method can be applied to analyze the six flavonoid gallate esters in a wide range of plant materials.
