外文摘要：The farm produce industry association has an active function in raising farmers' income, improving farmers' systematization degree and strengthening the ability to resist market risks. Under the background of WTO, in order to exert its function and accelerate economic development, we must guide the farm produce industry association to develop healthily by ensuring its status and character, consummating its function, cultivating and developing predominant farming, changing the mode of government supporting, etc.
