外文摘要：Archives is a kind of Culture.The view and knowledge of archival culture by people form pelple's conception of archival culture.The conception of archival culture is divided into in-dividual,colony's and socity's.The correct conception of archival culture mainly displays the correct assurance of intension of comception of archival culture,which is archives is a kind of precionus cultural wealth,a method of accumulating culture of mankind,and a memory of mankind culture.The author thinks that archives not only accumulates culture,spreads culture and reflests changes of culture,but also makes up a kind of medium culture itself.The advanc-ing of archival culture and conception of archival culture has very important significence to un-derstanding and researching archives,archival work,and archival undertaking again,and to en-riching and developing the theories of archival science.
