中文摘要：近年来,企业跨区域迁移活动日益活跃,已经引起众多学者和政策制订者的广泛关注,企业迁移是企业决策者综合考虑企业各种内部和外部因素之后做出的战略选择。根据企业迁移的需要,存在着生存型、机会型和政策型迁移等类型,通过采取成本领先型、差异型、群聚型以及多元化等各种企业迁移策略,可以谋求新的竞争优势。

外文摘要：With an increasing number of firm migrations across regions in recent years, many scholars and policy makers have focused on the firm migration, which is a strategic decision for top management of firms. The strategic decision is based on both the internal and external factors. According to the firms＇ purpose, firm migration occurs in order to survive, seek opportunities, pursue favorite policies, and so on. A number of migration strategies--cost leadership, differentiation, aggregation, and diversification-- can be chosen to obtain the new competitive advantages.
