中文摘要：创业型大学的时代价值不体现在办学经费的筹措上,而主要体现在知识生产模式的转换、研究成果的转移转化以及创造性人才的培养,以直接筹措经费作为主导目标的创业型大学建设路径不合国情。人才培养是大学的底线与红线,注重学术创业的创业型大学更加容易触犯这条底线与红线,其人才培养自然更受社会各界关注。无论基于哪个角度、通过哪种渠道、凭借哪种方法来推动大学向创业型大学发展,都必须抓住一个关键,那就是推动教师从传统型转向创业型。中国创业型大学本土化实践已经多年,令人遗憾并值得担忧的是,教师转型问题迄今未受应有重视且未见成效。

外文摘要：The era value of entrepreneurial universities is not mainly reflected in the financing of the school,but in the change of knowledge production model,the transformation of the research results and the cultivation of creative talents.The construction path of entrepreneurial universities which take the direct financing as the leading target does not conform to the national conditions.The training of talents is the bottom line and red line of university.The entrepreneurial universities that pay attention to academic entrepreneurship can easily offend the bottom line and the red line,thus their talents cultivation is more concerned by all social circles.No matter how the universities are pushed from the traditional to the entrepreneurial,it is necessary to grasp the main line,which is to push the teachers to transform from the traditional to the entrepreneurial.However,ten-year-practice of the localization of entrepreneurial universities has not made any progress so far.
