中文摘要:将城市污水处理厂剩余污泥缺氧热解成生物碳,并进行了KOH改性,研究了其对富营养化模拟废水中NH_4^+-N、PO4_3^--P和COD的吸附,探索了KOH改性方式、热解温度、热解时间等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:污泥生物碳比表面积大小与热解温度和时间呈正相关,而其平均孔径情况则反之;KOH共热解方式不利于改善生物碳的理化性能;污泥600℃热解的生物碳对NH_4^+-N和PO_4^(3-)-P均呈正吸附;生物碳的KOH改性对NH_4^+-N吸附不利,但与KOH共热解时能很好吸附PO_4^(3-)-P;8种生物碳吸附COD在3 h时效果较好。

外文摘要:Biochars were prepared with excess sludge by pyrolysis at hypoxia. The effects of KOH-modified method, pyrolysis temperature and duration on production of sludge biochars were investigated, and adsorption of NI-Ia+-N, POa3--P, COD in simulated eutrophic water by sludge biochars were further discussed. The results showed that by increasing the pyrolysis temperature (over the range from 400℃ to 800 ℃ ) or duration (over the range from 2 hours to 4 hours) the specific surface area of biochars increased, but the pore size decreased. Co-pyrolysis of sludge-KOH was adverse to improving the physicochemical properties of biochars. The amounts of NH4^+-N and PO4^3--P absorbed by sludge biochars which prepared at 600 ~C was proportional to the adsorption time. It was found that KOH-modified sludge biochars could not absorb NH4^+-N in simulated eutrophic water effectively, however, biochars which were prepared by co-pyrolysis of sludge- KOH absorbed PO4^3--P well. Moreover, the optimum adsorption time for adsorbing COD by eight kinds of biochars basically was 3 h.
