中文摘要：OBE教学理念和现代产业学院建立的任务有着诸多相同的使命,OBE教学理念更是为推动现代产业学院有效运行提供了可借鉴的理论基础。对此,以OBE教学理念为导向,让现代产业学院运行机制有章可循,更好地培养出对社会有用的高素质学生,提出了要多方深度参与人才培养方案设置,开发与时俱进的行业教材,开展个性化定向化培养,推行亦师亦友的导师制,培养一专多能的高素质人才,开展广泛深度的思政教育等对策。

外文摘要：The OBE teaching philosophy shares many similar missions with the establishment of modern industry colleges,and it provides a theoretical basis for promoting the effective operation of modern industry colleges.In this regard,guided by the OBE teaching philosophy,modern industrial colleges have a systematic operating mechanism to better cultivate high-quality students who are useful to the society.It is proposed to deeply participate in talent training program design from multiple perspectives,develop industry textbooks that keep up with the times,carry out personalized and targeted training,implement a mentor system that is both teacher and friend,cultivate high-quality talents with multiple abilities,and carry out extensive and in-depth ideological and political education.
