外文摘要：The quality of personality is a key factor for a person to become a talent. Currently the transformation of students' personality is obviously characterized by utilitarianism, noninterference and material-slavery and a certain social springhead results in such a transformation. Therefore, the reshape of university students' personality necessitates giving prominence to their personality of socialist belief, nation-reconstructing responsibility, global ethics and new-age heroism.
