中文摘要:OBE是顺应新工业革命而诞生的以成果为导向的教育理念,它既是21世纪国际化专业认证的互通理念,也是当前推动我国高校教育改革的重要理念。我国高校推行OBE教育改革的历程可分为三个阶段:第一阶段(2003—2012),以汕头大学为代表的高校率先将OBE理念引入工程教育改革,进行了初步的探索和实践;第二阶段(2013—2015),以《华盛顿协议》的签订为契机,OBE理念在我国的推广和应用逐渐扩展到了更多高等院校和专业领域;第三阶段(2016年至今),各高校基于OBE理念,在宏观层面推动了人才培养体系的变革,在微观层面创新了课程教学模式的设计。目前,我国高校推行OBE改革也面临着许多挑战,主要表现在:实践教学需进一步改进,师资建设需进一步加强,管理模式需进一步转变。
外文摘要:OBE is a concept of outcome-based education born out of the new industrial revolution.It serves as both an international professional accreditation and an important ideology driving the reform of higher education in China in the 21st century.The process of OBE reform in China can be segmented into three phases:Phase I(2003—2012):Institutions like Shantou University pioneered the incorporation of the OBE concept into engineering education reform through initial explorations and practices;Phase II(2013—2015):Against the background of the signing of the Washington Accord,the promotion and application of OBE were extended more broadly across higher education institutions and academic disciplines;and Phase III(2016-present):Various universities,based on OBE philosophy,transformed the talent cultivation system at a macro level and innovated their curriculum and teaching approaches at a micro level.Currently,the OBE reform in China is confronting several challenges,notably the need for further enhancing practical teaching,strengthening faculty development,and transforming administrative mode.
