中文摘要：目的探讨农村社区老年慢性病患者自我效能和生命质量情况及两者的关系。方法采用一般情况调查表、SF-36量表和慢性病自我效能量表对250例农村社区老年慢性病患者进行调查分析。结果农村社区老年慢性病患者的自我效能得分为(5.41±2.03)分,生命质量得分为(442.16±87.57)分,自我效能的两个维度和总分与生命质量呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论农村社区老年慢性病患者的生命质量与自我效能均处于中等水平,且两者密切相关。

外文摘要：Objective To study the status of self-efficacy and quality of life for elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural communities and their relationship.Method Investigate 250 elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural communities by general information questionnaire,the MOS item short from health survey（SF-36）and self-efficacy of chronic disease scale.Result Score on self-efficacy for elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural communities is（5.41±2.03）.Score on quality of life is（442.16±87.57）.There is positive correlation between two dimensions and total score of self-efficacy and quality of life（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Self-efficacy and quality of life for elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural communities are in middle level,which are closely related to each other.
