中文摘要:亲水性高分子聚合物抗静电助剂是富含亲水基团的有机聚合物,对高分子材料表面及其内部的静电荷具有抑制或消散作用。基于亲水性高分子聚合物抗静电助剂的结构及抗静电特点,介绍了非离子型、阳离子型、阴离子型以及复合改性型亲水性高分子聚合物抗静电助剂的开发进展及其在国内市场的商业化生产应用情况,指出复合改性是亲水性高分子聚合物抗静电助剂的发展趋势,建立其结构与应用性能间的构效关系是改善抗静电助剂应用效果和提高产品适应性的关键。
外文摘要:Hydrophilic polymer antistatic additives are a kind of organic polymers rich in hydrophilic groups,which can inhibit or dissipate the static charge on the surface of polymer materials and its interior.Based on the structural and antistatic characteristics of the additives,the development progress of non-ionic,cationic,anionic and composite modified hydrophilic polymer antistatic additives and their commercial production and application in the domestic market were introduced.It was pointed out that compound modification was the development trend of hydrophilic polymer antistatic additives.The key to improve the application effect and adaptation of antistatic additives was to establish the structure-activity relationship between its structure and application performance.
