中文摘要:移动数字时代的到来,人们更习惯借助手机软件进行随时随地健身.运动健身类APP市场竞争愈发激烈,要想在市场上立足,留住老用户与吸引新用户同样重要.针对APP用户的使用感知和满意度等展开问卷调研,通过构建结构方程模型对用户持续使用意愿的影响因素进行了实证研究.结果表明感知易用性对满意度产生显著影响,感知有用性和满意度均对用户的持续使用意愿产生显著影响.

外文摘要:With the advent of the mobile digital era, People are more accustomed to using mobile phone software for fitness at anytime and anywhere. The market competition for sports fitness APP is becoming more and more intense. To keep a foothold in the market,it is very important to retain old customers and attract new users. This paper investigates the use perception and satisfaction of sports fitness APP users, and constructs a structural equation model for the factors affecting the continuance intention of sports fitness APP users.Results show that perceived ease of use have a significant impact on perceived usefulness and satisfaction, perceived usefulness and satisfaction both have a significant impact on the user’s continuance intention.
