中文摘要：信息化工程咨询与监理是两个既有联系又有区别的概念,它们的内容、目标、对象和人员有相同和不同的方面。信息化工程咨询具有非正式与正式之分,非正式咨询包括专家顾问、上级部门、第三方公司或机构模式;正式咨询包括独立模式、咨询兼实施及咨询兼监理混合模式。而信息化工程监理具有以建设方为主和以监理方为主的混合模式,以及监理方全程独立模式。

外文摘要：Information based cnginccring＇s consultation and supervision are two concept which have connection and differentiate. Their content, goal, object and member have sameness and difference. Information based engineering＇s consultation have informality and formality. Informal consultation have specialist pattem, upper department pattern, third company or organization pattern. Formal consultation have independence pattem, consultation combine actualizing pattern and consultation combine supervision pattern. Information based engineering＇s supervision have mixed pattern which take builder the lead or take supervisor the lead, and supervisor independence pattem.
