外文摘要:In the design of foundation beam plate structure existsmistakes, therefore the measure stress values of sfeel bar are less thanthe calculating values, and waste lots of steel.In this paper the author suggests using plasticity theory in the design of foundation beam plate structure, and makes some studies about its use.
