中文摘要:2012年下半年,为研究教师发展指导者的工作和解决中小学数学教学中存在的问题,顾泠沅教授以"长方形、正方形的面积与周长"为教学主题,组织一支研究团队,采用行动教育模式,在青浦实验小学进行了教学指导研究实验.根据儿童认知规律及知识的逻辑顺序,顾泠沅教授对教材内容进行了重组和删减.执教教师是一名年轻教师和一名经验教师.改进前后,新教师的3次执教差异显著,验证了实验构想的正确性.而经验教师拘泥于教材、囿于原有经验,3次课改进效果不明显.

外文摘要:At the second half of 2012,in order to research the work of staff developers and solve the problems of teaching of mathematics in elementary and secondary school,professor Gu Ling-yuan has selected area and circumference of rectangle and square as teaching topic,organized a research team,adopted the action instruction mode,and carried on teaching and research activities in Qingpu experimental primary school.On the basis of children’s law of cognition and consecution of knowledge,Prof Gu Ling-yuan have recombined and pruned the teaching material.One of the two teachers is a novice teacher,and the another one is an experienced teacher.Before and after the improvement,the teaching of the novice teacher is very different,and this fact validates the validity of the concept.But the experienced teacher rigidly adhered to the teaching material and original experiences,so his three classes have little improvement.
