中文摘要:目的:分析大学生社会支持状况和应对方式的特点,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:于2004-05选择浙江绍兴文理学院在校大学生407人作为调查对象。采用应对方式问卷调查大学生在应激情况下选择的应对方式。该问卷包含积极应对和消极应对两个方面。采用社会支持量表评定大学生在应激情况下所感受的社会支持。实行团体施测法,随机抽取正在上自习的大学生进行测量,经过测试者简要说明后,当堂发放和回收问卷。组间比较采用t检验、F检验。结果:发放问卷407份,收回403份,有效率99.0%。①对不同性别的大学生的社会支持状况进行比较,发现男女大学生客观支持分差异不显著,但男生主观支持分显著高于女生(t=2.205,P<0.05)。说明虽然男女生所获得的客观支持相差不多,但主观感受则不同,男生较易感受到社会支持。②对不同年级大学生的社会支持状况进行方差分析,发现主观支持分差异显著。经LSD事后检验,发现一年级的学生得分显著高于二年级,而与其他几个年级的得分差异不明显。③应对方式也呈现显著的性别差异,女生更倾向于消极应对。④社会支持各项得分与积极应对呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.131(P<0.05),而客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度与消极应对呈极其显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.138,-0.208,-0.178(P<0.01)。结论:①不同性别大学生所获得的客观支持相差不多,但男生主观感受显著高于女生。②大学生社会支持与挫折应对显著相关。

外文摘要:AIM: To analyze the characteristics of social support and coping style in undergraduates, and probe into the relationship between them. METHODS: 407 undergraduates from Shanxing University of Zhejiang province were selected during May 2004. The coping style questionnaire was used to investigate the coping style in stress. This questionnaire included two aspects: active coping and passive coping. Social support received by the undergraduates in stress was evaluated with social support scale. Undergraduates who were studying in the study room were selected randomly with group measure method. After brief introduction of the testers, questionnaires were sent out and withdrew on the spot. T-test and F test were used to compare between the groups. RESULTS: 407 questionnaires were sent out, and received 403 questionnaires with the 99% effective rate. ①Social support of undergraduates in different sex was compared, which showed that the scores on impersonal support were insignificant between males and females, but scores on subjective support in males were higher significantly than that in females (t=2.205,P 〈 0.05). It indicated that impersonal support obtained by males and females was similar, but the subjective perception was different, and the males were easy to feel the social support. ②Social support of undergraduates in different grade was detected with analysis of variance, which showed that the scores on subjective support had significant difference. After LSD check, score in freshmen were higher obviously than that in the second grade students, and had insignificant difference with other grades. ③Coping style also showed markedly difference of sex. Females tended to passive coping. ④Scores on social support had remarkably positive correlation with active coping with the 0.131 (P 〈 0.05)coefficient of correlation. While impersonal support, subjective support and utilization of support had extremely markedly negative correlation with passive coping with the -0.138, -0.208, -0.178 ( P 〈 0.01 )coefficient of correlation, respectively. CONCLUSION: ①There is no difference in impersonal supports between the boys and the girls, but the boys feel more supports in subjective. ②There is a significant correlation between the social supports and the coping style of undergraduates.
