中文摘要：目的基于核磁共振成像(MRI)观察酒精依赖患者脑结构的异常改变。方法选取浙江省绍兴市第七人民医院(以下简称“我院”)2019年6月至2020年12月诊治的150例酒精依赖患者为研究对象,纳入研究组,另选取我院同期行常规体检的150名健康者纳入对照组。两组均行MRI检查,比较其脑室颞角宽度、海马体积、伏隔核体积及脑质病变发生情况(脑萎缩、脑白质脱髓鞘斑、脑软化灶、胼胝体变性)。结果研究组两侧脑室颞角宽度、伏隔核体积均大于对照组,两侧海马体积均小于对照组,脑质病变总发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI检查有助于观察酒精依赖患者的脑结构异常改变,其中脑室颞角宽度、海马体积、伏隔核体积及脑质病变为敏感指标。

外文摘要：Objective To observe the abnormal changes of brain structure in patients with alcohol dependence based on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods A total of 150 patients with alcohol dependence admitted to Shaoxing Seventh People’s Hospital,Zhejiang Province(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and included in the research group.Another 150 healthy people who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.MRI examination was performed in both groups,and the ventricular temporal horn width,hippocampal volume,nucleus accumbens volume,and the occurrence of brain mass lesions(brain atrophy,white matter demyelinating spot,cerebral softening focus,and corpus callosum degeneration)were compared.Results The ventricular temporal horn width and the hippocampal volume in both sides in the research group were larger than those in the control group,and the nucleus accumbens volume on both sides were smaller than those in the control group,the incidence of brain mass lesions was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI examination is helpful to observe the abnormal changes of brain structure in patients with alcohol dependence,among which the width of temporal horn of ventricle,hippocampus volume,nucleus accumbens volume,and brain mass lesions are sensitive indicators.
