中文摘要：文化产业发展的重要特征之一是集聚,文化产业园区是文化产业集聚的主要载体,作为浙江文化强省建设和经济转型升级的路径之一,浙东唐诗之路文化产业开发重在文化产业园区的开发和建设。文章在介绍文化产业园区及其经济效应的基础上,通过分析浙东唐诗之路文化产业发展现状,提出浙东唐诗之路文化产业园区开发的基本建议:以制度保障构筑园区开发形式、以文化创意创新定位园区开发核心、以体验式旅游构建园区开发重点、以文化金融化完善园区开发环境、以"文旅+"拓展园区产业链,实现园区发展的可持续性。

外文摘要：Clustered economy is one of the main characteristics of cultural industry,and cultural industry park the carrier of cultural industry cluster.As one of the main paths of strong cultural province construction and economy transforming and upgrading of Zhejiang province,the cultural industry development of East Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road is focused on the development and construction of cultural industry park.Grounded upon an introduction to the cultural industry park and its economic effect,and through an analysis of the status quo of East Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road cultural industry,the present paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultural industry park development of East Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road: the park may be guaranteed by the government to construct the development form of the park;the cultural creativity and innovation is positioned as the core of the park development;the experiential tourism is decided on as the focus of the park development;the cultural financialization is used to perfect the park development environment;the park industrial chain could be expanded by “cultural travel+”.In so doing,the sustainable development can be achieved.
