中文摘要：在创业型大学理念传入中国的同时,国内就有一批高校走上了创业型大学之路。这些高校推进创业型大学建设,大都既吸收了理论研究者的学术见解,又借鉴了西方创业型大学的成功经验,体现了一种全方位的转型策略;同时,结合各自的实际情况,在路径选择上,每所创业型大学体现出了不同的侧重与亮点。但是,无论如何,创业型大学建设在我国可谓阻力重重,远远未能达到预期效果。中西创业型大学实践的"南橘北枳现象",指引我们寻找破解创业型大学建设瓶颈的钥匙。

外文摘要：With the introduction of entrepreneurial universities concept into China, a number of colleges and universities in China have embarked on the construction of entrepreneurial universities. Most of them have absorbed some academic opinions given by theory researchers, and also drawn lessons from successful methods applied by western entrepreneurial universities, all of which reflected a omnibearing transformation strategy. At the same time, in the choice of path, each entrepreneurial university has embodied different highlights and lightspots based on their own situations. However, the building of entrepreneurial universities in our country are faced with countless obstacles and fail to meet expected standards. We believe that the phenomenon of North Hovenia in the practices of Chinese and Western entrepreneurial universities will be a key to help break the bottleneck in the construction of entrepreneurial universities.
