中文摘要：目的探讨双人核对单在急诊危重患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法将双人核对单用于急诊危重患者院内转运,与传统管理模式对比进行分析,比较两组转运不良事件发生率及科室满意率。结果观察组危重患者转运不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在急诊危重患者转运工作满意度七个方面测评中,及时准确通知病区、通知所需物品准备、护送患者准备方面满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在转运途中物品准备、携带资料完整性方面满意度高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双人核对单的使用,有效地保证了急诊危重患者院内转运的安全性。

外文摘要：Objective To investigate the effect of double checklist on hospital transshipment in critically ill patients.Methods The double checklist was used in the hospital transshipment in emergency critically ill patients, and was compared with the traditional management model. The incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the critically ill patients of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the assessment of the satisfaction degree of the emergency critically ill patients transport, the satisfaction degrees of timely and accurately informing the ward, noticing the required items and escort patient preparation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The degrees of preparation of items during transshipment and the completeness of data integrity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The use of double checklist effectively ensures the safety of hospital transshipment in emergency critically ill patients.
