中文摘要:为探究等离子体处理对磷酸酯淀粉和聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合浆膜表面形态及化学成分的影响规律,研究了不同条件下,He/O2常压等离子体处理后混合浆膜表面性能的变化。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对混合浆膜表面形貌和表面粗糙度进行观察、测量;利用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对浆膜表面化学成分进行分析。结果表明:等离子体刻蚀使得浆膜失重率增加,进而导致浆膜表面变得粗糙;经等离子体处理后,混合浆膜表面活性基团(如C—O—H/C—O—C,C==O和O—C==O)的含量有了明显增加。
外文摘要:n order to explore the influence rule of the treatment of plasma on the surface morphology and chemical component of the blended size film of starch phosphate and poly ( vinyl alcohol) (PVA) , after the treatment of He/O2 atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) under different conditions, the change of the surface properties of the blended size film was studied. The surface morphology and surface roughess of the size film were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force micro- scopy (AFM). The surface chemical component of the size film was analysed by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS). The results showed that the etching of plasma resulted in the increase of the weight loss ratio of the size film and hence the surface became rougher. Meanwhile, the content of the active group (such as C--O--H/C--O--C, C=O and O--C=O) on the film surface was significantly increased after plasma treatment.
