中文摘要:为使蜂窝织物复合材料得到更为合理的应用,采用相同的原料和经纬密度织制不同蜂窝类组织织物,以聚氨酯为基体制备蜂窝棉织物/聚氨酯复合材料,并测试不同蜂窝组织复合材料的拉伸强度、剥离强度和冲击强力等,分析不同组织对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:不同循环蜂窝组织织物对复合材料的力学性能有较大的影响,复合材料的断裂强力、剥离强度和冲击强力随着蜂窝尺寸的变小先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐减小,当组织循环数为5和6时,复合材料各项力学性能较好。

外文摘要:To better rationally apply honeycomb type composites material, different honeycomb weave fabrics were developed with the same materials and the same density of warp and weft. Polyurethane was used as matrix in making honeycomb weave cotton fabric/polyurethane composites, and the performances such as tensile strength, peeling strength, impact strength, etc. of the composites with different honeycomb weaves were tested, and the influence of different honeycomb weaves on their mechanical properties was analyzed. The results showed that different honeycomb weaves have great influence on the mechanical properties. The breaking strength, peeling strength, and impact strength first increased and then decreased with the decrease of honeycomb size; and the breaking elongation gradually reduced. When the tissue circulation is 5 or 6, the composite material displays favorable mechanical properties.
