外文摘要：Language reflects characteristics of a nation. Language not only reveals the history and culture background of the nation, but also shows the nation's attitudes towards human life, ways of life, and models of thinking. Sentence is the fundamental element in language expressions, and the difference in sentence patterns of English and Chinese could in some way reflect the different models of thinking of the two nations.
