中文摘要：目的 研究盆腔内含脂肪密度的肿块的CT诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 本组经手术病理证实7例,均为女性,全部病例均做B超和CT平扫,其中2例还做了增强扫描,1例做了MRI检查。结果 盆腔内畸胎瘤5例,子宫肌瘤脂肪变1例,盆腔内脂肪瘤1例。结论 CT检查对盆腔内含脂肪密度的肿块检查价值很大,仔细分析肿块起源和密度、内部结构情况有助于提高诊断的准确性。

外文摘要：Purpose To investigate CT features and differential diagnosis of fat - containing mass in pelvic cavity. Methods Plain CT scan and ultrasonic examination were performed in 7 female patients before operation. Results The lesions were the following diseases ;teratoma( 5 cases), uterine leiomyoma with fat degeneration( 1 case) , lipoma( 1 case). Conclusion CT scan is helpful in differential diagnosis of fat - containing mass in pelvic cavity.
