外文摘要：The organization of college students＇ scientific and technological innovation activities plays a positive role in increasing college students＇ awareness of innovation, improving their innovation capability and fostering their enterprising spirit. This has become the important part and step of upgrading college students＇ overall quality. In organizing such activities, we must have a clear aim, correctly handle the relations between the activities and teaching, and between social and economic returns.
