中文摘要："基于项目的团队学习"(PBGS)是一种有利于学生创新能力、思考能力培育和发展的新兴的教学模式.《战略成本管理》课程具有综合性、实践性和应用性等特点,单纯的理论讲授法无法满足教学需要,PBGS教学模式通过设置高度实践性的课程教学项目,引导学生进行以团队协作为基础的自主学习,可提高学生的自主学习能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力,同时也有助于实现管理为导向的人才培养的教学目标.

外文摘要：'Project Based Group Study'(PBGS) as a new teaching mode helps cultivate and develop students' ability of innovation and thinking.As the course Strategic Cost Management is characterized by comprehensive,practical and applicable,the pure theoretical teaching method cannot meet the needs of teaching.By setting the highly practical teaching project,PBGS guides the students to learn autonomously based on team learning,improve their ability of autonomous learning and analyzing and solving problems;it meanwhile helps achieve the management- oriented personnel training goals.
