中文摘要：在现阶段,对企业集聚问题的研究因其对区域经济、社会发展的推动作用而备受国内外学者关注。从经济学角度分析,"理性人"行为的产生取决于净收益的大小,这对于企业集聚行为的产生具有同样的意义。事实上,一个选择"集聚"的企业,主要考虑的是集聚的净收益。各级地方政府及其有关部门明确这一点,并在此基础上采取相应的措施,对于促进企业集聚行为的实现,进而推动区域经济和社会的发展具有十分重要的意义。

外文摘要：At the current stage, enterprise agglomeration has drawn domestic and overseas scholars' great attention because of its functions to propel regional economy and social progress. The behavior of 'rational person' results from net income; this economic point of view is also available to the conducts of enterprise agglomeration. If an enterprise chooses the agglomeration pattern, net earning remains its priority. After understanding this viewpoint, regional governments at all ranks and relevant institutions adopt some measures to propel the completion of enterprise agglomeration; it has great significance for the development of regional economy and social progress. 
