中文摘要：目的了解外科大手术患者主要照顾者照顾负荷的现状,探讨照顾负荷的影响因素。方法采用照顾负荷问卷、照顾能力问卷对350例外科大手术患者及其主要照顾者进行调查。结果手术患者主要照顾者在院期间照顾负荷总分为(44.86±15.42)分,离院后为(38.34±12.45)分;在院期间照顾能力总分为(51.07±14.16)分,离院后为(56.64±10.71)分;多元线性逐步回归分析显示,参与照顾人数、术后ICU治疗天数、离院后的照顾能力是照顾者离院后照顾负荷的主要影响因素。结论在护理工作中应该充分关注外科大手术患者主要照顾者的照顾负荷和照顾能力通过对患者及其主要照顾者进行综合评估,给予针对性的护理服务和出院后护理,达到提高照顾者的照顾能力、减轻其照顾负荷的目的。

外文摘要：Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of burden among the primary caregivers of patients after major surgery.Methods Totally 350 primary caregivers of patients after major surgery were investigated with Caregiver Burden Inventory（CBI） and self-designed Caregivers＇ Competencies Questionnaire（CCQ）.Results The total score of caregivers＇ burden was 44.86±15.42 and 38.34±12.45 during hospitalization and after discharge,respectively.The total score of caregivers＇ competencies was 51.07±14.16 and 56.64±10.71 during hospitalization and after discharge,respectively.Multiple regression analysis showed that family support,the days in ICU and caregivers＇ competencies were significant predictors of caregivers＇ burden.Conclusions Health care professionals should pay close attention to and assess the burden and the competencies of the caregivers of patients after major surgery,and provide continuous individualized nursing services in hospital and after discharge,and thereby to promote the caregivers＇ competencies,relieve their burden and promote the recovery of patients.
