中文摘要:目的:学业倦怠是指学生因不能有效应对学业压力而产生的应激反应,本研究试图揭示自然联结是如何帮助青少年积极应对学业压力的,以及这一应对机制对来自低家庭社会经济地位的青少年是否有效。方法:采用自然联结量表、主观活力量表、青少年学业倦怠量表、家庭社会经济地位量表对761名青少年进行测量。结果:(1)自然联结显著负向预测青少年学业倦怠。(2)主观活力在二者之间起中介作用。(3)主观活力的中介作用受家庭社会经济地位的调节,相对于高家庭社会经济地位者,主观活力的中介作用在低家庭社会经济地位群体中明显降低,但依然显著。结论:增强青少年与自然的联结感是积极应对学业压力、有效降低学业倦怠的重要方式,对低家庭社会经济地位青少年同样有效,这对促进教育公平和发展学生教育机会具有一定的社会意义。
外文摘要:Objective:To investigate the impact of connectedness to nature on adolescences'academic Burnout.Methods:76l adolescences were recruited to participate in this study.They anonymously filled out questionnaires regarding connectedness to nature,subjective vitality,family socioeconomic status,academic burnout.Results:(1)Connectedness to nature had a significantly positive prediction for academic burnout.(2)The pursuit of subjective vitality mediated the relationship between connectedness to nature and academic burnout.(3)The relationship between connectedness to nature and subjective vitality was moderated by family socioeconomic status.That is,with family socioeconomic status being strengthen,the influence of connectedness to nature on adolescence'learning burnout was increased.Conclusion:Enhancing the connection between adolescences and nature is an effective way to actively deal with academic pressure and reduce academic burnout,and it is also effective for adolescences s with low family socioeconomic status.
