中文摘要:以开发14.7 tex 55/45麻赛尔/玉米纤维MVS混纺纱为基础,探讨了影响喷气涡流纱性能的主要工艺参数:纺纱速度v,前罗拉钳口至纺锭距离L,喷嘴压力p,纺锭内径Φ及喷嘴型号等。主要以纱线强力、断裂伸长率、条干不匀及耐磨性为评价指标对工艺进行优化。研究结果表明:v为280m/min、L为20 mm、p为0.55 MPa、Φ为1.1 mm,采用四孔喷嘴纺纱得到的14.7 tex 55/45麻赛尔/玉米纤维MVS混纺纱断裂强力大,条干好,耐磨性优良。
外文摘要:Taking the development of 14.7tex 55/45 Jutecell/PLA blended MVS spun yarn as a basic example, the main processing parameters on Murata vortex spinning were discussed. These parameters include delivery speed v, distance L of the nip of front roller to the inlet of the hollow spindle, nozzle pressure p, inner diameter Ф of spindle and nozzles models. The processing parameters of the yarn strength and elongation as well as evenness have been optimized and evaluated. The result shows that the yarn strength and elongation as well as evenness and wear resistance are good when v is 280m/min, L being 0.55MPa,Ф 1.1 mm, and square shape nozzle.
