中文摘要:目的探讨护士工作-家庭冲突对生存质量的影响及心理资本在工作-家庭冲突与生存质量上的中介作用。方法采用工作-家庭冲突问卷、心理资本问卷和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表对816名在职护士进行调查。结果工作-家庭冲突得分为(2.95±0.91)分,心理资本得分为(4.01±0.82)分,生存质量得分为(3.09±0.78)分。结构方程模型和多层次回归分析显示:工作-家庭冲突直接负向预测生存质量,路径系数为-0.32,对生存质量变化的解释率为22%;心理资本在工作-家庭冲突与生存质量上具有部分中介作用(Z=2.68,P=0.009),它对生存质量变化的解释率为9%。结论医疗卫生机构应该努力提升护士的心理资本,减弱工作-家庭冲突对生存质量的消极影响。
外文摘要:Objective To investigate the impact of work-family conflict on nurses' quality of life,and to deter- mine the mediate role of psychological capital in the relationship between work-family conflict and quality of life. Methods Totally 816 nurses were investigated using the Work-Family Conflict Scale,Psychological Capital Scale and WHO Quality of Life Scale. Results The total score of work-family conflict, psychological capital and quality of life was(2.95±0.91), (4.01±0.82) and(3.09±0.78) point,respectively. Structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis revealed that work-family conflict had a direct negative impact on quality of life and the path coefficient was -0.32,which accounted for 22% of the variance of quality of life. Psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between work-family conflict and quality of life(Z=2.68,P=0.009),which accounted for 9% of the variance of quality of life. Conclusion Healthcare organizations should take actions to enhance nurses' psychological capital to attenuate the negative effect of work-family conflict on nurses' quality of life.
