中文摘要：目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊治疗前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 220例Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者,口服复方玄驹胶囊两个疗程,观察治疗前后国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化,并评价疗效。结果 NIH-CPSI评分(疼痛与不适评分、尿路症状评分、生活质量评分)比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);IIEF-5评分比治疗前明显升高(P<0.01);治疗前SDS和SAS评分均明显高于国内常模(P<0.01),治疗后均显著下降(P<0.01);总有效率为88.2%,其中Ⅱ型92.3%,Ⅲ型85.9%(P>0.05);复发率为13.5%,其中Ⅱ型7.8%,Ⅲ型13.8%。结论复方玄驹胶囊对Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型前列腺炎均有确切疗效,且能显著改善勃起功能障碍和神经衰弱症状,复发率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

外文摘要：OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule on treatment of prostatitis.METHODS A total of 220 prostatitis patients were treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule at 3 capsules per times for 8 weeks.National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis symptom Score（NIH-CPSI）,International Index of Erectile Function-5（IIEF-5）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） score were observed.The efficacy was evaluated by serf-control comparison.RESULTS NIH-CPSI score（Pain and discomfort score,urinary symptom scores,quality of life score） was significantly lower than that before treatment（P0.01）;IIEF-5 score was significantly higher than before treatment（P0.01）;SDS and SAS scores of before treatment were significantly higher than the national norm（P0.01）,decreased significantly after treatment（P0.01）;The total effective rate was 88.2%（194/220）,Type Ⅱ 92.3%（72/78）,Type Ⅲ85.9%（122/142）（P0.05）;Recurrence rate was 13.5%（15/111）,Type Ⅱ 7.8%（4/51）,Type Ⅲ13.8%（11/80）（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Compound Xuanju Capsule on treating Type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ prostatitis has the exact curative effect,can significantly improve the erectile dysfunction and symptoms of neurasthenia,recurrence rate,high security,and it is worthy of being promoted in clinics.
