中文摘要：作为临床特殊的群体——护生,在临床实习时可能会遇到独自操作违反《护理管理办法》;不经意触犯病人隐私权;违反操作规程或因一时粗心或遗忘造成过失行为;护理记录不确切或不请带教老师签全名;语言或不良行为侵犯病人的生命权、知情权等法律问题,建议为适应护理工作的需要,开设卫生法学课程;指导护生用法律规范自己;提高护生科学文化素质的同时,提高护生的人文素质;开展多种形式的法律讲座,树立护生法律意识。

外文摘要：As a special group, nurse students in clinical practice frequently happen to meet with such issues as offence of Supervision Regulations on Nurses in their individual practice, unintentional intrusion of patient's privacy substandard operation, mistakes caused by carelessness, imprecise nursing record or record not fully signed by their teachers, and language- and behavior-involving violation of patients' right to know the truth and right to live. Courses on laws concerning medicine and health care are needed to meet the requirements of nursing work. At the same time, student nurses need to know how to keep their action in accordance with laws, and improve their quality of humanism as well as quality of scientific knowledge. Different kinds of lectures on laws can be held to help them increase their legal consciousness.
