中文摘要：在语言经济学视角下,商务英语人才的培养模式正在从高校单一培养向符合市场需求的校企合作培养模式转变。地方性高校应以地方企业商务英语人才需求为基础,从课程体系、教学手段和师资改革方面与当地企业进行合作培养,以不断提高人才培养质量。

外文摘要：The cultivation model of talents specialized in business English is transforming from the single training by colleges to the market-demanded co-cultivation between colleges and enterprises in the perspective of economics of language. Based on the Demand Survey of Business English Talents for Local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the paper discusses the patterns and contents of cocultivation between colleges and enterprises from aspects of curricula system, teaching approaches and faculty reform in order to improve the quality of talents.
