中文摘要:铜(Cu)是植物所必需的营养元素,广泛参与多种生理生化过程,但过量的铜会产生毒害作用,严重影响植物生长发育。为了抵御铜毒害,植物进化出多种机制来严格调控环境中铜的吸收及其在体内的转运。近年来,随着人类工业化的发展,土壤中的铜污染日益加剧。阐述了铜毒害对植物造成的危害,总结分析植物利用根系分泌物、细胞壁、转运蛋白、抗氧化剂等响应铜胁迫的各类防御机制,此外,还探讨了囊泡运输在植物抗铜毒害中的潜在功能,以期为耐铜作物的培育提供新的思路和理论依据。
外文摘要:Copper(Cu)is an essential nutrient element for plants and widely participates in various physiological and biochemical processes.However,excessive copper has toxic effects and seriously affects the growth and development of plants.In order to resist copper toxicity,plants have evolved multiple mechanisms to strictly regulate the absorption of copper in the environment and its transport within the body.In recent years,with the advancement of human industrialization,copper pollution in soil has significantly increased.This paper elaborates on the harm caused by copper toxicity to plants,and summarizes and analyzes various defense mechanisms of plants in response to copper stress,such as root exudates,cell walls,transport proteins,and antioxidant.In addition,we explored the potential function of vesicle transport in plant resistance to copper toxicity,hoping to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the cultivation of copper tolerant crops.
