外文摘要：This paper will re-build the Retail Trade Theory of Evolution by researching the theory of evolution again. At first the paper will show the framework of research status about retailing evolution, and then put out the concept of retailing factors in the evolution and the cycle model to explain the framework of Retailing Evolution, at last the paper will point out the Retail Trade Evolution theory that is re-built in this paper.
