中文摘要：城市民宿通常没有得天独厚的自然山水和优质的空气来吸引游客,因此游客多关注民宿的内部服务,这种内部服务体现了民宿的行为文化。以绍兴百草静舍民宿为例,根据携程网站的游客评论,综合运用ROST CM6内容挖掘系统、NetDraw、UCINET6软件进行高频词的社会网络和语义网络分析。从游客感知的重点对象出发,结合城市民宿旅游行为文化定义,将这些高频词进行维度归类。最后从停车收费规定、展现精神理念、表现良好社会风俗、体现良好的职业道德、表现良好的行为伦理理念等方面提出了相应的发展建议,为推进城市民宿旅游,展现良好的旅游行为文化提供理论依据。

外文摘要：There is usually no blessed natural mountains and water and high-quality air around city homestays to attract tourists,so tourists pay more attention to the internal services of homestays,which reflect the behavioral culture of homestays.In this regard,the paper took Baicao Jingshe(B&B)in Shaoxing as an example,based on the comments of tourists on the Ctrip website,integrated the use of ROST CM6 content mining system,NetDraw,UCINET6 software to conduct social network and semantic network analysis of high-frequency words.Starting from the key objects perceived by tourists and combining with the cultural definition of urban hotel tourism behavior,it classified these high-frequency words dimensionally.Finally,corresponding development suggestions were put forward in terms of parking fee regulations,and showing spiritual concepts,good social customs,good professional ethics,and good behavior ethics,which provides theoretical basis for the promotion of city homestay tourism and the display of good tourism behavior culture.
