中文摘要:随着机制砂混凝土在建筑业中的广泛应用,其混凝土徐变性能也要对其进行全面系统的研究。利用机制砂全部取代河砂作为细集料配制混凝土,通过开展机制砂混凝土徐变试验,研究了机制砂中石粉含量为5%、10%、15%时分别对各组混凝土的徐变应变、徐变度以及徐变系数的影响。试验结果表明,机制砂混凝土徐变应变、徐变度以及徐变系数均随着机制砂中石粉含量的增加先减小后增大,当石粉含量为5%时,各徐变参数优于基准混凝土,降低了混凝土徐变性能,成为机制砂混凝土中的石粉最佳含量。
外文摘要:With the wide application of manufactured sand concrete in the construction industry,the creep behavior of manufactured sand concrete should also be comprehensively and systematically studied.The concrete was prepared by using manufactured sand instead of river sand as fine aggregate,and the creep test of manufactured sand concrete was carried out to study the influence of limestone powder content in manufactured sand of 5%,10% and 15% on creep strain,specific creep and creep coefficient of the concrete.The experimental results show that the creep strain,specific creep and creep coefficient of manufactured sand concrete all decrease first and then increase with increasing of the content of limestone powder in manufactured sand.When the content of limestone powder is 5%,each creep parameter is better than that of the reference concrete,which reduces the creep property of concrete and becomes the optimum content of limestone powder in manufactured sand concrete.
