中文摘要：学术应用类创业型大学既要打造教学服务平台,也要打造成果转化平台,体现人才培养与科学研究互促共进的双螺旋发展特征。学术应用类创业型大学坚持应用本位的研究取向,将科学研究的目的定位于学术应用,以此作为身份标识与办学文化而成为高等教育多元化体系中的一种类型。占据普通本科院校“半壁江山”的新建本科院校,在推进创业型大学本土化实践上,总体上比高职高专院校具有更好的学术积累,比研究型大学具有更加迫切的转型愿望,属于学术应用类创业型大学中国实践的主体。学术应用类创业型大学可以分为公益型与营利型两种模式,我国公办普通本科院校走上创业型大学道路,要以公益型而非营利型作为办学模式选择。

外文摘要：The entrepreneurial universities with academic application should have the double helix characteristics of mutual promotion between talents training and scientific research by making both teaching service platforms as well as production transforming platforms.These universities adheres to the application based research orientation,and academic application of scientific research,that leads to the diversified system of higher education as an identity and school running culture.The newly built undergraduate colleges,which occupy half of the ordinary undergraduate colleges,have better academic accumulation than higher vocational colleges in promoting the localization practice of entrepreneurial universities,and have more urgent transformation desire than research universities.They are the main body of Chinese practice of entrepreneurial universities with academic application.The entrepreneurial university with academic application can be divided into two modes:the public welfare and the profit making.When China's public universities embark on the road of entrepreneurial university,they should choose the public welfare rather than the profit-making mode.
