中文摘要：水资源环境压力的日益加大,使得水污染密集型行业的水污染治理和治理效率评价至关重要.基于水污染密集型行业的经济学特征,以浙江省纺织行业为研究对象,利用数据包络法从产业规制的角度,评价纺织行业水污染治理中的规制效率,并基于分析结果提出环境规制改进的措施.

外文摘要：With the increasing pressure of water resources environment,water pollution governance and the governance efficiency evaluation of water pollution intensive industry is very important.In this paper,based on the economic characteristics of water pollution intensive industries,the textile industry in zhejiang province as the research object,using the method of data envelopment,from the perspective of industry regulation to estimate the textile industry regulation efficiency in water pollution control. And,based on the results of the analysis environmental regulation improvement measures are put forward.
